At HaloProfile, we take your privacy extremely seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our AI photo generation service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: We collect your email address and basic profile details (such as your name) when you sign up.
- Image Data: We collect the photos you voluntarily upload to our platform in order to train your custom AI model.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your uploaded photos strictly for the purpose of training a personalized AI model (LoRA) and generating the photos you request. We do NOT use your photos to train public or foundational AI models, and we do NOT sell your photos or facial data to third parties.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Your privacy is protected through strict retention policies:
- Your original uploaded photos are securely stored on our servers and are only accessible by our automated systems for training purposes.
- You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your AI model, generated photos, and original uploads are permanently erased from our active databases.
4. Third-Party Processors
We utilize trusted third-party providers to operate our service securely:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
- Fal.ai: For high-performance AI model training and image generation inference.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
These partners are contractually bound to process your data only as required to provide the service.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure token authentication, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
